What is integrative bodywork?
Loving Touch Integrative Bodywork is a holistic, trauma-sensitive practice designed to restore
flow, awareness, and resilience in the body.
My sessions blend hands-on touch, somatic inquiry, and nervous system regulation to help you process life’s physical and emotional shifts.
Unlike traditional massage, this work goes beyond relaxation to:

Create space for your body to acknowledge stored stress, adaptation patterns, and unmet needs.

Support regulation through somatically-informed touch, breath, and movement cues.

Empower you with tools to carry this embodied wisdom into daily life.

Who is it for?

Bodywork is for anyone who feels the long term effects of stress, tension, or disconnection from their body.
If you find yourself feeling sluggish, tense, or out of balance, bodywork offers an intentional space to listen to your unique needs.
What can bodywork help with?

With my unique blend of Homeodynamic Bowen Therapy, Reiki, Chinese Acupressure Massage, and Positive Psychology principles, I can support your body to shift from:

What to expect in a session
Each 75-min session is personalised to meet you where you are—whether your focus is on releasing physical tension, improving posture and movement, or finding a deep state of rest and rejuvenation.

Arriving
We begin with a conversation to understand your body’s current state, intentions, and any areas of focus.

Transforming
On the table, we work together to explore movement, pressure points, and areas of held tension—gently guiding the body toward release, flow, and integration.
Each session will have a main focus:

Deep relaxation

Targeted tension release, or

Somatic exploration
We listen to what arises and create space for your body to unwind at its own pace.

Integrating
After the session, we take a few moments to reflect on what emerged and how you can continue supporting your body.
Together, we’ll co-create a simple self-care plan with practical techniques—whether that’s self-massage, mindful movement, or breathwork—to help you integrate the benefits into your daily life.

Loving Touch Bodywork sessions are priced at S$155 per 75-mins. If you're seeking ongoing support at a more flexible rate, my Holistic Journey package provides a structured, month-long process at a lower weekly cost.
