The Holistic Journey combines in-person bodywork and online health coaching as a month-by-month commitment to your well-being.
In each session, we create a space where your experiences are seen and understood without judgment, allowing for deep listening, release, and meaningful change.

Explore the roots of physical or emotional obstacles that you are experiencing.

Release stored tension related to these roots through hands-on techniques, somatic movement, breathwork, or co-created activities tailored to your needs.

Cultivate habits for self-regulation so that you can continue supporting your well-being in the long run.

Why Journey?
When I began my bodywork journey as a massage therapist, I worked with clients who carried years of tension—shaped by work habits, emotional stress, and the patterns of daily life. Over time, I realised that tension release alone wasn't enough for lasting change.
To create shifts that last in our bodies, we need more than just a one-time reset. By understanding what’s causing the tension, we learn how to release it in small, consistent ways, and build new habits that support long-term balance.
That’s what this Holistic Journey is designed for—giving you a supportive space to reconnect with your body and integrate meaningful shifts over time.
A Month of Guided Integration
Each 1-month cycle is designed to give your body the time and support it needs to integrate change while building sustainable self-care habits.
Your journey includes:

3 x Health Coaching
Three personalised online sessions to help you tune into your body, clarify your health goals, and create structure for supportive habits. Each session lasts 45-mins.
We’ll explore practices that work for you, which may include mindful movement, breathwork, self-massage, so you can feel well in your body and integrate lasting well-being into daily life.
1 x Loving Touch Bodywork
Hands-on bodywork offers something self-care alone cannot—the opportunity to be fully supported as your body unwinds and reorganises.
Through skilled touch, we’ll explore areas of holding, restriction, and ease, helping your nervous system shift from tension into relaxation and balance.
This session works alongside your health coaching, reinforcing the healing process through deep, embodied connection.

1 x Self-Care Kit
The Holistic Journey includes a few carefully selected items to support your body’s ongoing balance and ease:
• Massage Ball & Self-Massage Stick – For ongoing tension release and a good excuse to set aside 'me-time'.
• Self-Care Plan – At the end of the month, you’ll receive a simple customised guide with a summary of recommended practices.

To allow your body the space to process and adapt, I recommend scheduling each session at least 3–7 days apart. This ensures that each step builds upon the last, supporting deeper integration and long-term well-being.
