I started out many years ago working in the film industry. But after a few years, the high-stress environment and long hours left me burnt out. In 2018, I completed a workforce skills certification in full-body massage in Singapore, and fell in love with the power of touch. I decided to step into freelance massage therapy.

For me, the first job of a therapist is to take care of myself. That's why this turned out to be the best decision I've ever made. Because sustaining the work I love meant that I had to learn how to care for myself, listen to my body’s needs, and cultivate joy and well-being from within.
This journey of self-discovery led me to explore a wide range of healing modalities, including Mindfulness and Positive Psychology, Kundalini Yoga, Usui Reiki, Chinese Acupressure, Qigong, Homeodynamic Bowen Therapy, and Anatomy Trains Structural Bodywork. Each of these influences is woven into my bodywork practice.

With Loving Touch Bodywork, my wish is to empower you to feel well in your body and mind—so you can move through life with greater ease, presence, and alignment with your heart’s desires.

Every session is an opportunity to listen deeply to the body, release what no longer serves, and create space for healing and transformation.

May all beings be happy and well!
Healing Philosophy
How does Loving Touch support health, improve posture, and speed up recovery?
Awareness

Intentional touch reconnects us with the body's senses, helping us to become aware of our movement patterns.

As we continue to foster awareness, we can take conscious self-care action to support our well-being goals.

Balance
Targeted tension release allows the body to regain balance, reducing the risk of injuries from stiffness or repetitive-use fatigue.

Specific exercises will be recommended to strengthen dormant muscles.

Calm
Setting time for intentional calm is crucial given that many of us have built up a habit of being in the Sympathetic Nervous System 'fight/flight' state and find it difficult to relax.

Loving Touch gently facilitates calmness, activating the body's natural self-recovery systems via the Parasympathetic Nervous System of 'rest & digest'.
